I appreciated how close this place was to both Lake Mirror, where I enjoyed a leisurely stroll, and a few steps from First Watch for a fantastic brunch. these experiences made my stay memorable and relaxing as a single traveler.

suburban studios is a solid choice. debra at the front desk is simply wonderful! she really cares about the guests and makes you feel welcome. our queen room was clean and tidy, and it's conveniently located near many attractions.

Just a good match for one night in Lakeland with value for money. The bathroom looked dated but appeared clean. Try to check the room first before settling in.

The room had a small laundry room nearby and was otherwise safe and accommodating. My kids enjoyed spending time in a friendly atmosphere with other families.

I just spent three nights in a queen room and was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was despite some wear. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a blessing given the heat. We ordered pizza one night, and it arrived quickly, making our stay even better! Not sure I’d return due to the overall upkeep though.

Some amenities were lacking.

We had a rough experience. The place seemed good at first, but we discovered roaches and mold, which totally ruined it for us. Plus, we had to switch rooms way too many times, and it felt like nobody really cared. The picnic area was nice though, but that’s not enough to make up for it. Seriously needs better management!
